At Wagner Custom Skis, it all starts with your Skier DNA. Basic questions help us design a ski that is uniquely optimized for you as an individual skier.

The custom-ski process gets really fun when it’s time to choose a topsheet graphic. We offer: stock topsheets, wood veneers, and custom graphics.

The wood core is the foundation of every ski that we build at Wagner. The right wood core allows the ski to optimally perform in your preferred terrain.

The base material on a ski is incredibly important because that’s the part of the ski, along with the steel edge, that makes contact with the snow.

The structural materials are what gives the ski its longitudinal stiffness and they also contribute to the torsional stiffness of the ski.

The ski press is a unique piece of technology we use that cooks the ski so that all the structural materials bond together and are shaped in the ski press.

What happens when your skis come out of the ski press? We send them through the bandsaw and then take them through a multi-step tuning process.
